It does not work single player

I once bought a 3 games in Steam:
Red Orchestra 2:Heroes of Stalingrad Beta;
Rising Storm Beta;
Rising Storm/Red Orchestra 2 Multiplaer.
Why can I only play in multiplayer, why I can't play in a single player?

The thing you have opened, must be a beta of some sort.

If you do not have a game called:

Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad - Single Player

...you do not own SP for RO2. Which seems to be the case in here :IS2: You have only purchased multiplayer version, not SP.
