HMTech-401 Assault Rifle | Horzine Elite Red Only drops in Battle-Scarred.

All other droppable skins (including the four other H. Elite medic rifles) exist in the standard three tiers and drop accordingly.
It seems to me like this is simple missing code.

Attached is one image showing listings for all tiers of wear for the red rifle, and one other image, for comparison, of the same rifle's listings in a different colour.

By this skin's drops do you mean drops from the global pool, not from crafting, crates, or bundles?

Crafting is using Global pool isn't it?
I never have crafted anything other than what i was already getting from drops at the end of the match for the past idk, 5 years?

Forgive the late reply: I thought I had email notifs on but apparently not ahah
The following is as much info as I know / am able to find:
To my knowledge, the skin only drops from global pool and /maybe/ material crafting as well - not from bundles or crates.

Info I should have included in my original post is that the 'drops' I refer to solely concern items received after completing a match, and therefore, also from material crafting.

Also yes, it is material crafting as well, not maybe!
