PC Gunshot Audio bug PC

Has anyone noticed an audio bug with gunshots inside of buildings? Ever since the pc launch i have noticed that when you shoot a gun inside a building ,especially sidearms, the gunshot sounds like the low end has been cutoff completely. This doesnt sound right to me at all.

I havent played on console so im not sure if this is a pc thing or a game thing.

Do you use the same sound system on PC and console? That makes difference if you're using headphone, integrated speakers, home cinema, and so on.

The game does have different audio regions set up in maps so that sounds will be different depending on the environment you are in.
