Don't get me wrong guys, I love this game..Iv played 40 hours so far. but these performance issues really make my heart sink. I can live with the other bugs and the stats not working but this I cant

What program to check how much% is used for graphics cards

necro'd for good reason. this is still occuring; tried all 4 of the brand new machines at my work as well as my personal one:

personal:
i5 2500k
gtx 570

work1:
i7 3970x
gtx 690

work2:
i7 3970x
hd 7990x2

work3:
fx 8350
hd 7990x2

work4:
fx 8350
gtx 690

the performance on all machines is always below 50% gpu usage, erratic jumps to 70/80% but ridiculously inconsistent

i get ~30/40 frames on my personal machine
& ~40/50 on the other machines, the work3 machine dips lower than most

i work in a game studio coupled with an enthusiast for a boss D)
