there is also this older napoleon era game called imperial glory. It is a decent total war worship game.

Battlefield 1914 WWI Mod for Battlefield 1942:

There's also the Trenches Mod which is a WWI mod for the orginal HalfLife (I) game which I believe is available to download in STEAM's free downloadable mods section.

I remember someone posting pictures of a WWI FPS, I can't recall the name of it (I'm pretty sure it was in the "competetion/release time" thread), you might want to look into that.
Or perhaps this other, amazing mod I found, you may have heard of it; it's called "Iron Europe", I really suggest you look into it!

This is a pre-alpha mod that will forever stay at that stage. Its not a good game but some decent concepts
