I recently updated my computer hardware and got a gtx 660 :D, but I have a strange problem with the fps, at first I have 60, no problem not to mention I don't play with AA, or ultra settings. My computer specs are: Amd Phenom x4 955 CPU, GTX 660 video card, 4gb RAM, an ASUS M4A88T-M motherboard, a Western Digital 500GB SATA-III 64MB Caviar Green HD and an LG M194WT
1440 x 900 monitor.

What settings can I modify to run the game without these annoying freezing.

play around with different drivers for that nividia card. i ran into the same problem when i switched to a 560ti from a 5750. my fps about doubled, but i would get fps drops to the teens at times, lasting for like five to ten seconds.
i just switched to the latest driver and i think i might be ok now. http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

If you upgrade your GPU hardware, then in most cases you will need to wipe out all the GPU driver dedicated stuff on your harddrive. Simply installing a new driver won't often work, because some of the settings in registry are tuned to your old card and they can conflict. Some tools that do that for you can be found in this next post: http://forums.tripwireinteractive.com/showpost.php?p=1140095&postcount=15
My suggestion is to run them and after that do a fresh installation of the latest GPU driver for your board.

PS: Red font gives headaches when used against a dark gray background ;)

Thanks for the advice with the font, I'll keep in mind. I understand that I need to do a fresh install, but I reinstaled my OS before puting in use all the video card drivers and all, so I don't know wheter the problem is from the drivers or some missbehave between the video settings in RO 2. But again the problem was still going on with my old video card so I can't really say wheter or not is a hardware/software problem?
