Ok people this is gunna get complicated because almost nobody is posting their STEAM ID. your STEAM ID is a group of numbers assigned to your steam account. YOUR USERNAME is not your steam ID. So original poster did you want our STEAM ID or STEAM USERNAME? Could you please clarify as I think people are confused about what their steam ID is. anyways its easier if people just post their steam ID as everyone is posting their username. Well when gifting you either need A) their email or B) be friends with them and send it through the system, finding you on your steampage(username) is what he's looking for i'd imagine :x

Ok I do get that but he really did word it strangely saying "steam ID" then commenting on me "your steam ID is a bunch of numbers?" It just sorta was a completely unimformed comment on his part but I see most people in this thread have no idea whatsoever what a steam ID is as most posts are in the format "ID X" with X representing their username. I just didn't like his "..your steam ID is a bunch of numbers.." as though I had no idea what I was talking about.

There are different ways to identify someone on steam. These should be the proper words to relate to each of them.

Lol That was 1 in the morning and I had taken some novo clonodine and cilexa as well as cirtraline and zolox for sleeping. Sooooorrryyyy. If you don't believe me ill send you sum pics of them as well as my medical records hmm? Also that post didn't get people thinking the completely wrong thing about what a steam ID is and thats acually important if you want to use sourcemod and such for valve games.

That's true. The name can be changed a ton. The numbers don't change. So dirty name, you can find your ID # and be fine...lol

yes you can, i bought packs for some of my friends who don't have the game just to frustrate them
