Yes but the line I underlined implies that you have some sort of control over it.

With controll over it means that you could strafe to the left or to the right wich will then by the gathered knowledge of the gun XYZ will move slightly to the right. Wich then leads to the point where the barrel is slightly off centered and fire acordingly at the offcentered point of view.

It doesn't work. Sometimes something grabs you, and you quickly turn for 180, BOOM HEADSHOT SUCKA. You can't do that with RO2 realism system. I'm sure it is not part of the game. As Tripwire said, kf is coolism, and ro is realism

I'm sure they'll implement some things from RO2. A lot of new stuff was created in RO2 and in return Tripwire learned a lot of new things.
