[Game] E3 2008: The Thread

It would be interesting to just try and survive this natural disaster by any means (as shown in the trailer), but I bet there's a lame twist to it during the middle of the game, like aliens are behind the quake and as the game progresses you find yourself fighting with machine guns and rocket launchers...
That would be too boring imo.

If only someone would make a proper WH40K fps. It screams team based shooter (in the style of Republic commando I suppose)...

Dead Space is pretty promising, I've been waiting for a game to scare everliving schnitzels out of me. Horror genre gets plus 1, when PC is not special forces-trooper or something like that.

It borrows many elements from the movie "The Thing"

System Shock was the most scariest sci-fi game ever made and this hopefully can follow in it's footsteps.
