The hunting shotgun in KF seems to be a sawed off (and very short sawed off at that). Being so compact it seems like it would be possible to dual weld them. Support's standard combat range have increased since the introduction of AA-12 and its tight spread, so I figure there's room here for an option to sacrifice that bit of range in exchange for even more point blank one shot stop firepower.
Plus, who doens't like more boomsticks?
Dual hunting shotguns:
20 weight together (so only support can use them)
Double the normal max ammo for single hunting shotgun (he's going to need it with no other gun)
Primary fire shoots one barrel at a time, you will always try to fire the right hand gun first
Secondary fire shoots two barrels, as above it goes for right hand gun first. If the gun only have one barrel loaded, it will fire the other shotgun assuming it has two shells.
Iron sight works the same way as dual pistol iron sight
Now reloading - when reloading you reload one gun at a time, with the first preference been the right hand gun. You can manual trigger a reload as soon as one gun is empty. When both are empty it will trigger an auto reload, however this auto reload only reloads one gun and then it stops. You will have to manual reload the other. As long as you have at least one shell left in one of the guns, you can break a reload by aiming or firing off a shot.
Alt-fire: swap hands.
