The 9mm tactical would probably shoot faster and have easier to come by ammunition over the hand-cannon.

Guys , if we're going to get into a realism debate, i think this is the wrong game to be doing it over.
Mutated lab freaks, mad scientists..... and public outcry over the kind of ammunition being chambered by imaginary weapons?
