Got it with the mk42

Seems the mesh gets loaded or drawn twice. Could explain some performance drops as well

I've had this bug since DDE beta. It seems to come and go, but it happens about 50%-75% of the time on all guns and all maps. GTX260 here.

Having the same issue; serious detriment to aiming. Worst on weapons with hooded sights. Only shows up for me when Zooming.

I've tried almost every graphics setting combination (from in-game menu, not from config files yet) and only once did the effect become dimmer- still there, but dimmer. This and the above-mentioned effect of it moving based on direction lead me suspect shadows being to blame.

has anyone found a fix?
