For those (myself included) they want to contribute with new ideas, that not only we stay with ideas or suggestions in the forum, would also be good to test these ideas (within the parameter set established)then expose these projects on the forum for other members discuss on it
then expose these projects on the forum for other members discuss on it
Walkthrough tests:

Modification of skins:weapons, uniforms, objects of all kinds, add straps to the helmet of the soldier, his weapon, etc.

Modification of sounds:weapon sounds, explosions, environment, etc.

Modification of environment: (an example to explain)an explosion inside a building, house or any place, modifies the environment.Ergo, destructive environments.

Modification of the actions of the characters:Create new combat move actions, coverage, run, walk, crouch, go prone, kneel down, etc.

Create vehicles, weapons, items:Add vehicles of all type military/civilian.More tanks, motorcycles, jeeps (Kubelwagen) half-tracks, trucks, civilian cars, bicycles, etc
More weapons,MG 42 ,Luger P08,PPSH 43 for example
If anyone has a better idea, please share it.
Thanks for read.:)

A lot of what you ask can be grouped together and is pretty much already covered.

and

And or example, for modifying skins, all you need to do is look up any video for skinning. And a weapon strap wouldn't just be skinning, you would model it, skin it, then probably animate it to make it jiggle(or apply physics but were trying not to cause lag here). All of which are more are less covered areas.

And keep in mind thats about 4 different areas of expertise.

What im trying to say is that you should pick 1-2(preferably just one that is needed) areas of expertise and join a existing mod team. Like Grabenkrieg, In Country Vietnam, or maybe the big vehicle mod team.
