Had my first honest to god crash today.
Was doing the Hans fight on hard, ten waves when the game froze and then dropped to desktop. Windows notified me my display driver had stopped working.
The system is less than 3 months old so I don't think it's a hardware or software issue on my end.

GTX 970 4gig
16 Gigs of RAM
Windows 7
1920x1080
Ultra Settings
110 FOV
MaxDeadBodies=100
I assume the crash reporter that came up afterwards was from TWI, but if there's a supplementary log file I can offer up say so.
