New satchel!

The model is pretty crappy since I made it myself, it's more of a placeholder than anything.

It's hardly sweet, the fuses are all gross and it uses the US satchel texture which means the normals are borky.

It's basically just that: a slightly edited M37 satchel. Uses the same sounds, anims, everything.
