[Error] Delayed kill messages

Been experiencing weird delays in kill/death messages since the latest patch and it's kind of annoying, for example I'd shoot a guy and he'd fall to the ground but when you're in the heat of battle with no kill messages you're not sure if he's dead or if he's just taking cover, I look to the top corner to check, no kill message so I guess I'll shoot agai - oh wait - I'm dead, 10 seconds later, oh so I did kill him.

Anyone else getting this bug?

They designed that feature into the game, the idea is that you need to be more cautious when advancing after making a kill, you can never be instantly sure if the guy you shot at is dead, unless you wait a few seconds for the message or get visual confirmation.

Its not a bug.
