Damage isn't being registered correctly against players. The bullets that clearly hit the target don't deal any damage at all.
This has been occurring to me more frequently since Operation Overhaul released. I had seen it prior to the update but very rarely. Now i'm experiencing this"damage loss" every second fight. It's occuring on every agent not just madam.

- The first burst dealt damage and you can hear the audio hit marker for their health "state"
- Bursts 2-4 some shots hit others missed, however the shots that gave a visual indicator gave no audio hit marker or health "state".
- The final 2 bursts all shots visually hit but no damage was dealt and the audio for how low someone's health is did not activate.
