PC Crashes on launch

For the past few weeks I've been trying to fix a problem where KF2 crashes during the "Tripwire" and "Georgia" logos. I've tried multiple things such as...
I've also submitted a ticket but I was wondering if anybody had any ideas as to what could be causing this, below is my crash report that has been consistent for a while, thanks for any help.
