After purchasing Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad Game of the Year Edition, I see that I am limited to the full content of Heroes of Stalingrad and am unable to level up and change classes in Rising Storm despite the description on the Steam page of the game explicitly saying "Contains full Rising Storm content as well". I would like to know how to resolve this issue and have the full Rising Storm content promised.
