Can I run this game?

I'm new to this community, so I'm not sure in which category should I put this discussion...

Anyways, I'm planning to buy one game, and RO2 is on top of my list.
My question is, will it run RO2 ? And on what quality ?

  Processor - Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E7400 @ 2.80GHz
  Video Card - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750
  Memory - 4.1 GB
  Operating System - Microsoft Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 64-bit

With this you should be able to run on medium + graphics, this is my worst case guess, I have similiar specs and (16gb and Quad 2.2, and a 760M RO2 caps a 4gb it's 32 bit game, and uses only one core of a CPU) I can run on medium/high and get constant 60 FPS on wifi. (I use a laptop.)
