well for poor-man-supercomputing, I recommend getting a Class I Beowolf Cluster

If you got the money, I think IBM is coming out with a new Blade series soon..

...

but since you're talking about something I can't compare to a Cray (or I guess you can these days :p )..

Looks like a solid system that should last you..

My person preference is for one of the Antec quiet cases that has side-screwless HDD mounts.. I love those things.

If you got a few extra bucks, pick up a good CPU Paste (I personally recommend Artic Silver.. one of the guys in my gaming clan wrote the article about two years back about how bad some where.. I believe most are corrected now though.. )
Also make sure you have adquate fans for your setup.
