Imo that skill needs a technical buff
Currently it only "freezes" zeds on the spot that are in-range when zed time kicks in, but it doesn't "freeze" zeds that enter the zone in the middle of zed time.
My suggestion would be changing how that skill applies its effect during zed time.
Instead of it applying once when zed time triggers, make it so that it continuously applies the effect until zed time ends.
