hell, i was just thinking: solution to the Russian spwancamping problem is drop a few Zis5's or burned out tanks right outside their spawn so they have some aditional cover that they can return fire from once they get outta their spawn.

I am thinking and hoping the same. It was the most Ostfront-y map of the mod and I was sad to see it left out.

I wouldn't mind seeing Rostov with some major work done on it, though

Danzig would be pretty awesome!

I do so agree it would be awesome. However it will probably never happen as the way the old map was, as it was made by someone from Epic who is not part of Tripwire. You never know if it will appear in some form though. Danzig was a real place if I recall correctly.

Danzig... the starting point of the whole effing second World War. The excuse for the Germans to invade Poland... ended up as part of Poland once more, renamed (back) to Gdansk.

Gdansk... the home of the Polish shipyards that spawned Lech Walesa (born 1943) and the whole "Solidarity" (Solidarność) movement that went on to help catalyse the disintegration of Soviet communism and the Warsaw Pact.
