    There is a lot more to changing the rendering API then simply just plug and play stuff. It is a pretty big engine overhaul i doubt KF2 will ever get DX12 unless epic decide to add DX12 to UE3. Which is very unlikly.

    I would recommend turning your bsp buildings into meshs the performance boost is worth it. You can actually export the brushs to a .obj file and use it as a reference.

    for this game research about the battle and try and copy some of the basic terrain of the battle (if you can with aerial photos.) but for other games i usually do this: http://insurgency.gamebanana.com/threads/195243 This was for my map Kandagal which you can see from beginning to end there.

    Thank you guys! :D well before it was at 176mb after cooking with brewing its 106mb, i don't know how i can make it any lower then it is now. (just looked i can't compress my textures in the editor anymore then they are (for 1024x1024 is 680kb))
