I would love to see new maps. Never liked ports. We all wanted a new game.
Then why play in old maps with new graphics. It's possible to use old maps names, but
with a new enviroment. More info/aireal pics are available now to feed your imagination and make good maps.

I'd like to see Zhitomir and Leningrad, my two favorites.
Also the bridge map from Medal Of Honor Allied Assault someone has remade for ROOST.

I totally agree, All those maps current ingame are soooooo overplayed.

LENINGRAD! A MUST! Best custom map of RO1, flipping love that insane fighting for the many apartment complexes and sewers, dodgeing the snipers in the street and satcheling wire and the KV1 <3 Best moments in RO1 for me in in Leningrad =)

I really want to see Gorlitz or something with the same style. An entire town with narrow and large streets forming multiple path. With also open area like the bridges. The railway end wasn't the best, but it could features some flanking path into the near field and building to make very nice mix between city and country.

NIGHT MAPS, i dont think ro1 had many of those, if any.
I know Ro2 has Red October factory wich is night, if i remember correctly

1. Even if i hate it in Clanwars i would like to see Ogledow remade. Maybe with a bit less tanking and more inf.
2. Kaukasus would be nice, too. It is very hard for the attacker to win but it's great fun.
3. Krasny(i think this one is already in) and Kessel: really great maps, which i always love to play.

Lazur, Tractorworks, Zoo_Bunker, Leningrad and Spartanovka and Porechye. Last two maps were from the UT2004 mod.
Why do so many ppl like kaukasus? The map has major balance problems and knows a huge amount of grenadespam everywhere.
