But....
Start the game and then ... press esc screen , so is shown ,,, ahaha

If you use Latest serverperks with 3 separate modules, then SRVetFieldMedic is not in ServerPerksV5 package, but in ServerPerksV5P package, so try this:

class'ServerPerksV5P.SRVetFieldMedic'
