"Energy & Bio-Chemical" Perks

Or the flamethrower which actually can toss fire from a ridiculous distance.

Dispite what you have heard or seen in movies/shows, flamethrower ranges are actually quite far. In movies or live performances of these weapons have been toned down and only use a crappy gasoline mix for saftey reason. But the actual toned up flamethrower range was horrifyingly long, and the napalm has been givin a refined tar mix so it burns slower, which is why it can be propelled farther without it burning in the air too soon, as well was coating any surface with fire.

for all you people who are saying kf is about real weapons as much as i would hate to see lasers, there arnt real medic darts that come out of the medic gun in real life. but I do support the acid/tranq idea but i dont think it should be a one or the other i think you could shoot the experiments with "trioxin" or something and it would cause the muscles to deteriorate and in turn slow the experiment down but i think it would be cool to see the experiments melt down to their skeletons or something

Tell that to the gun which fires healing syringes that can travel from one end of the map, hahah. Or the flamethrower which actually can toss fire from a ridiculous distance.

Not to mention, when you can strap a rocket launcher and chain-gun on a giant who can cloak. I'm pretty sure you're up there with "Hi-tech" .

The range of such darts is a developping oversight - maps are short enough to ignore gravity action for small projectiles.

As for the magically-healing darts (and syringe), I think Undedd's explanation is the best: Syringes have healing nanomachines in them. This may be a little farfetched, but it's the best us players could find.

TWI strives for realism in OUR weaponry. If you think, even the regular clot is too technologically advanced. We are able to clone stuff, but only non-alive things. And live beings suffer from "old" diseases: their cells are at the same time as old as the living being itself and the cloned being.

Adding these futuristic weaponry will break this.

That, and they don't have any real though in them. This is just an excuse to put a tesla weapon and laser rifles in the game.

Yeah I'd also like a sithlord perk who uses his lightsaber and can shoot lightning outta his *** kthxbai

(I hope they never put a laser gun in KF)

I honestly wouldn't mind a rudimentary laser gun in KF, considering that a lot of Horzine tech seems like it's 10-15 years into the future, and we're developing laser technology now (vehicle-based, but still).

Military flamethrowers shoot pressurized flammable liquid/gel out to 50 meters or more. And that's a handheld one. The vehicle mounted ones are even crazier.

No, i am pretty sure that This crazy stuff is in the game because its representative of how much faster we would advance when we arent bound by "moral codes and religious beliefs" which Horzine had no problem because of all the secrecy it has. e.g. the reason, i believe, for the fast meds are stem cells, platelets, and some nanobots. I would however love to melt off some faces with some acid.
