Zeltbahn, or shelter quarter, could be used as improvised rain poncho and as a camouflage clothing. Issued to everyone who served in the field practically, as four of these combined will make a tent of some kind, and even more combined... a larger tent 
Also, it was practically the most common camouflage used by germans from beginning to the end regardless of service branch.
Practically I don't see any reason why you would use it manually, but seeing a soldier skin\model with that might be one possibility.

i know what a zeltbahn is, but that suggestions just lacks.... proper thought

Or you could just spawn with a zeltbahn'd model by random (or have it based on which class you choose).
needs to be unlockable... Whould be cool if after release everyone looks the same ( standart isued uniforms ) and after 2 months its totaly random mixed uniform parts, Also have germans useing "borrowed" russian unifrom parts ect...whould be only realistic

I can already see it.. everyone modelling all sorts of crap in realism sake and every server ill get into would have 30 minutes downloading of "REALISM SS CAPS AND ZELTBANN WITH SOME SNOW ON IT MARCH 1943 ALPHA.3" and sorts
