I was spamming pipes on beginner (omg plumpudding is a troll). I ran around a corner and I instantly fell head to head with a husk. Pipe instantly obliterated both of us. Seriously, I'm proud of it, I died on beginner, I DID it

Oh i was in hospital horrors as a level 5 demo the other day.
I played with my friend who's new on beginner difficulty. I told him that i'd show him what a "pipebomb hat" was at wave 10, so at wave 11 i stacked 21(?) pipes on my head and ran straight into patty.

All anyone could see was smoke in slo-mo and "Dipsh blew up", then after a few intense seconds...

Here are my top 3 deaths of own stupidity:

1. Blocked FP on my own pipebomb.

2. Was showing teammates pipebomb locations by shooting at them with 9mm. After 700 gameplay hours I finally found out that pipebombs can be detonated with a bullet.

3. In the trader time I suicide myself to get an extra xbow. I forgot that I was playing solo...

My funniest death was when I was playing solo, hard on offices. It was the patriarch wave and I had placed pipe bombs all along the corridor of the ground floor trader near spawn. I was positioned next to the door leading to the staircase, the door was welded. After firing several rockets at the patriarch, as well as many of my pipes exploded on him I had removed all of his healing needles. After some time He made a final rush at me and one of my pipes detonated and sent him flying down the hallway. He landed right next to my feet, which unfortunately for me was also the position of a pipe bomb. The pipe detonated killing me instantly. Luckily I still got my achievement, but I cursed myself for not having fraps running.

1. Got into a server with friends, wave 9 or so.. Trader time and we all run into the room and I asked my friend for money... He presses G instead of B several times and couldn't run anywhere..

2. On my ex-server we on mountain pass. Sometimes the Zeds glitch and get stuck. So off I go hunting as its wave 1 and been 5 minutes waiting for zed. Some noob starts calling me a ****** and other insults cause he thinks I'm messing around. He then team kills me 2 times after. Instead of kicking or banning, a friend and i set him up. Wave 9 and trader is at the tunnel close to the end of the road. We both support specialists. I got 2 scrakes chasing my *** so I run into trader where the guy was, friend welded upstairs door and I ran though and welded tunnel door. (other doors were pre-welded as we planned to lock him in earlier) So the guy tries to escape but sees no exit. He died and rage quit with a pleasant yet satisfying f**k you in the message area... LOL.

3. My favorite death was again on mountain pass. 5 friends waiting for party in the toilet as we put like 30+ pipes. Not serious game, just piss taking on a friday.. So we all like "yeah this gonna be good blah bla".. Now I'm outside on the car with itrailer. Patty spawns down the road and shoots a rocket at me; misses and flies into toilet killing all. I lol'd so hard I couldn't play no more and of course he killed me..

With that we developed a bad habbit of setting each other and others up for disaster.. kinda entertaining but only to those who deserve it.. LOL

Following =MN=General's story about the guy they set up. I had an incident kind of like that on a FF enabled server. I've also got quite a few stories, so grab a snack if you care to read. I'll put it in a spoiler, too, because I don't want to unwittingly assault your eyes with a text.

Circa wave 3 or so, this guy, a level 2 Commando, joins late and realizes after accidently shooting us (me and the guy already there) a few times that friendly fire is on. Without a word, he then goes on to start shooting me in the back with his bullpup. Again, he says saying nothing so we had no clue. I assumed he was just being temporarily 'tarded or just really sucked at aiming. Being a level 6 Berserker, I could took it like a boss and slapped him a few times with my katana. Self-heal, back in action.

At the following trader wave, I arrive first, purchase armour and start contemplating what off-perked weapons I wanted. All of a sudden I hear my character cry out in pain and I think, "what the..." This guy now unloads a magazine into me INSIDE THE TRADER. It was clear he was picking a fight, so I decided to oblige him in the simplest way possible. A straight up battle between level 2, un-armoured Commando with nothing but a Bullpup and a Level 6 Armoured 'Zerker with a Katana; you can guess how that went. It definitely didn't help that I started on him just as he began a reload. Poor bastard hardly got 5 shots off in the next mag before I took his head off.

He promptly called me a f*ggot and left. Honestly, it was probably the most satisfying thing I've ever done in Killing Floor. Or any game for that matter.


Another death I witnessed... and helped cause, was the death of my mate during a game of offices. I had an M32 and was helping him on crowd control. I fired a single grenade into a group, then out of f*cking nowhere this Siren flies out and lands perfectly on his head. Needless to say the panic it caused him and the crippling laughter it caused me lead to his swift end. He almost ragequit. I feel kind of bad but it was still hilarious.


As for my own funny death, off of the top of my head the best I've had so far was on solo Suicidal. Patriarch wave on Crash as a Level 6 Demo. I've set up ~16 pipebombs down the corridor with the grate and a trader (hard to explain) with all the time and money I had to spare. I was holding another 8 that I was gradually putting down as the Patriarch spawned. It looked like he would come from a particular direction, but as usual, he didn't. I began to panic a little, trying to figure out where he was coming from. I start checking both sides and as I go out the door to the right of the trader...

"ONE IN THE PIPE!"

I literally screamed in terror-- I was standing right over a pipe bomb next to a wall. There was no way he would miss it with the rocket's explosion. Normally, I'd just duck out of the way. One pipebomb lost to a rocket? Pfft, big deal. Might take some explosive damage? No probs, I'm a level 6. The problem was that this pipebomb was close enough to set off a chain reaction that would detonate all of the pipebombs I already placed. In vain, I ran back over my minefield, screaming for my life and experiencing a terror I've hardly felt before.

It was the loudest sound I've personally heard in this game to date. I lost all of my limbs sans my head and flopped to the floor like a dead fish.


If we could talk about the death of specimens for a moment though, the best Patriarch death I've ever witnessed was on Arcade Gas Station. Patriarch spawns in a dark place, we don't really know where. My friends and I are panicking, trying to set up the car wash to kill the Pat for sh*ts and giggles. Literally two seconds after his animation finishes, we hit third-person zed time. Turns out, the poor f*ck got hit by the car and died. Don't know how, don't know why, but we all pissed ourselves laughing.

A few more hilarious stories from Gas Staion:
We had a Fleshpound get hit by the car but not die. It was the even funnier than the Patriarch death to see the Fleshpound zoom by on the hood of a police cruiser.

On the way out of the trader, I was busy talking to my mates and didn't realize I was in the road. I turned to my left see the car coming straight at me. I jumped so bad I smashed my mouse against my keyboard and lost all control for a moment. Luckily I ended up backpedaling away just in time to survive. I was almost in tears though from screaming/laughing, watching my life flash before my eyes. My mate got a real kick out of it though: he watched it happen clear as day.

The most hilarious death I (and many others) have experienced is death by hoard of Puny Gingerfasts on the [}{]KFL modded server. Ever since then I have been wary of vertically disadvantaged ginger biscuit people.

I noticed sometimes that when you are in zed time you can glitch the game and make it look like you are throwing like 20 grenades when you're actually only throwing well however many you have... Anyways was playing a 6 man on hard on manor. I had welded the door to the manor (you know the main door near the cave entrances) and felt like grenading the door to open it, then massacre all the zeds behind it... well someone sent us into zed time and my dumb *** being easily entertained decided to make it look like I was throwing a billion grenades. Well in the process of doing this (along with zed time extensions) I forgot that when you throw 8 grenades in succession the first one will explode first sending a chain reaction back at you.

It did happen a while ago. Iwas playing office map and my hobby is allways to jump out of that second floor window to traider. I was on the wrong floor and I fell to death.
