I get that at work all the time.. although the excuse is always I had a rather restless night.

In reality I was gaming till 3am, then slept like a log until my alarm went off for the 7th time, got up and had the fastest shower known to man, dressed and out the door in 7 minutes flat to slink into work at 8.58am...
