The title says it all. I surpassed the rifleman class 7130/5333 but it's not allowing me to move up to the next level.

You have 72/80 honor level, i.e. level 80 is required in addition to weapon XP to gain highly decorated - and you have level 72 on honor.

Next LV is a last LV, so if you want save your experience points start to play next class.
