XBOX One X - Game no longer saves

I am level 18 and at this point no matter what I do the game does not save. I did have a hard crash which caused me to go from level 22 to 16 prior. Now whatever I do at this new point is not saved (no crashes experienced). I tried playing for 15 minutes then visiting a grotto, then exiting to the main menu but when I re-load the game I am back to level 16 with all progress lost. This has happened both times out of the 2 times ive tried after the first crash.

Could you provide us with some details about what happened before the crash? When you start the game again which method are you using? Are you loading a save or choosing continue?

I’m experiencing the same issue. I have lost numerous hours of gameplay. It has happened on an existing game and a new game. The auto save feature doesn’t seem to trigger unless it’s attached to a cinematic
