...If there's a bunker in that forest, you definitely are the best guys. Wyre was in my top 3 favourite maps in KF1 for its creepy vibes as well as his "dusk" setting!

As for the dualies... Why not both?

As I understood it, it will be both. But they want help with deciding what will be default mode when you aim. Afterwards you can switch between these with a button.

Very nice! Map looks gorgeous, I love forestry and such! And is that stonework I see to the right?

As for dual aiming, I really like how it is now. Knowing where both the shots are going is good for 2 reasons; first being newer players using gunslinger, they can keep up accuracy-wise with other primary weapons/perks. Secondly, I just like the innovation behind it and that a new mode was decided upon!

I did vote for the classic mode though. I only chose this because you have demonstrated that you can switch the aiming style (options! I love it! more options is better, I really like this train of thought!) on the fly and for "rule of cool" reasons aiming into the second style is more...stylish. Has an air of dual pistols about it, where the other mode (while being more practical) offsets the other pistol in a way which isn't as cool.

I voted classic mode for dual aiming.

The iron sight mode is of course easier but then again should it be easier? If I have the ammo increase advantage of dual welding pistols then there should be a disadvantage as well. If you guys decide to keep the iron sight aiming mode then you might as well just have a single 9mm with an extended magazine because the second 9mm becomes completely irrelevant.

Perhaps you devs could make the iron sight aiming with dual pistols a perk for sharpshooter?

It would be great to be able to switch between the two views like in the video, I would switch between the two depending on the situation

Looks badass though. Would be nice to to define your default view - if even by .cfg edit :D

I know that we just got the last major update, but can we start seeing a chart for how many days left? It doesn't really even have to be very accurate, I just want to see how long you guys think it'll take until we get that sweet sweet Gunslinger.

I hope you keep that altfire to switch modes, but for the default, I think KF1 style would make more sense; with one in each hand, symmetry just feels right.

if you guys add guns with high reload time like the duals, then we have to get rid the "cancel reload by clicking RMB" mechanic. It decreases the reload time from 3-4secs to 1-2 secs.
I dont think thats intended.
If the ammo didn't update until the second mag clicked in instead of the first, that'd fix it "enough" I think.

That trailer feels almost indistinguishable from an actual TV commercial.
Also i am so happy to see the original aim style for the twin pistols return. the current one just feels weird. also can we get an option to make the classic aim style as default?

Other observations:
What is the Gunslingers's grenade? it looks like some kind of bottle or some kind of Stick grenade.
my guess as to what the Gunslinger's 'nade was before the beta was that it is some kind of "Impact" grenade that detonates on contact. (but with smaller radius)

Tripwire, keep up the amazing work! I'm really excited about the Gunslinger perk! Dual handcannons was one of my most favorite thing in KF1, I cannot wait!

The new map definitely gave me a Wyre vibe, which is a good thing. Looks great!

It is absolutely astonishing how you guys can push out so many high quality maps in such a small timeframe. As a hobby level designer myself, can you give any tips on how you achieve this?

Will the ability to carry another Medic Pistol and dual wield them ever be added? Its a common backup healing weapon for other classes and I'd love to see the gunslinger be able to make full use of it.

As does with everyone else, the new map image reminds me of Wyre, and I hope it more or less resembles it even more. The bunker part would be cool to have as well, if not a cabins-in-the-woods kind of theme instead.

Definitely looking forward to the original style of aiming dualies, too, though I noticed their aim isn't exactly the same as KF1. Before, you line up the two far reticles of each pistol horizontally to aim, but now they fire lower than the sights. This'll take some adjusting.

The gunslinger hype is real. And that "Scrake on me" fan art was golden. The fan trailer was cool too. I never really liked the red tint to Wyre, but it was always a fun map. I'm excited to see where TW takes Black Forest.

I like both classic giever you a better view of what you are shooting at.
New style is better for head shots, and letting you see enemies to the sides.

Perhaps a toggle in the gameplay settings, to choose the default for when you aim down sights?

What that toggle should be set to I don't have a real preference.
