RedPK > I don't remember that TW mentionned that they were going to release "two perks" for the next update.

If, by any chance, you are talking about a rework on demolition, I don't think we have ever seen a message about it from TW.

3 months 1 perk!! worst!!

Well given that they are posting a bunch of stuff on Twitter and Facebook about #WhereIsKevinClamely I'm assuming the Patriarch is most likely coming in the next update as well. Think about it, why else would Gunslinger have a passive bullet resistance? (Aside from Hans and his guns of course...)

What a twist! If that is the case then I will name my first born "Yoshiro the Magnificent"!

There is a chance you are going to set a new name trend for your child so it won't have to suffer. It's probably the same chance as this being true.

They know what happened to him, they tried to keep it a secret but I found it the truth. THE TRUTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let me tell you the tale:

There was a mission underground
So they sent some explorers down
But the crew men of any worth
Died on the way to the center of the earth

And so we're left with Johnny Tamborine
A grumpy robot machine
And Saul Malone, the de facto leader of the team

And now he's Saul of the Mole Men
Saul of the Mole Men.

Every time I read on the steam forums or here about how someone's sick of waiting for new content, pissed off at the timeline, angry with the developers because it's only one new perk, need more maps, y u do dis tw? and other assorted statements, I'm immediately drawn to the fact that it's really just another way of saying "I'm so excited for what's coming next".

The only variation is the manner in which it's expressed. Take heart, developers, those angry people are just excited people in disguise.

My glass of Whiskey & Applejuice is empty & I need another... but yeah- why does everyone think this Twat or Tweet or whatever -about the Patti KC means the big update is hitting before the weekend?!

Well played TWI; getting us all to register for the Steam Newletter via Player Character unlock -only then to hit us with the biggest hype-bomb to date. I admire your PR & marketing guile.

Which begs the question would his bathtub be half full as well if he attempted to drown himself?

That expression never made any sense...

But to the point: They don't take too long developing content and fixes. Those time periods appear totally normal to me. However, it is still super annoying that really urgently needed bug fixes have been completed months ago but are still not released.
They have a reason to do that but it comes at a cost. :(

Let's be realistic here, they're not normal. Other devs generally push out stuff faster.

But other devs aren't making 200 fps reload animations and adding all the other cool "check weapon" animations or having each character have their own voice lines and voice actors. Let's be honest, tripwire goes above and beyond what other developers do effort wise.

Other devs also have more people and more money. I know people don't like to hear that, but when you have a team of 50 people you can't just whip them harder to get content out faster.
So what you're saying is, whipping only increases their productivity by a fraction of an amount and having a larger team better shows off the improvements.

Would a Cat o' Nine Tails be nine times as effective?
