prolly i got it wrong tho. i really dont know why it's not turning on.
i have no idea, how to turn on this.
where should I put this code for on.

That goes either in the bat file or a shortcut. Just remember to edit in the actual game directory and make sure the map you are starting on is in the build.

You are trying to load apartments when apartments is not in the current beta build. try one of the other maps instead.
