[Error] Would you kindly fix this game?

i hate to say it, but there's a good chance this game will never work on your computer. your cpu is below the minimum requirements. do you have a graphics card in there? or is it on-board? can you upgrade the cpu? something like a phenom 2 x2 @3.2ghz would be more like it. the next patch due soon is supposed to have some more optimization in it, afaik, i hope so.

His cpu requirements would impact his game performance, but it shouldn't hinder his game from launching at all. You should still be able to launch the game if you change the settings.

hard to say. some pretty strange stuff happens when you try and run a program that your computer can't handle. either way, with his setup, it's probably going to look and run horrible, if he does get on. below min. cpu. barely enough mem and we haven't even heard about the video card.

i'd love to be wrong about this though!
