My PC Can run a small number of games, and it seems like it'd be able to handle killing floor.

I also want to know if this ENTIRE game can fit on a 100% clean 2GB Flash drive. If it can't that isn't a problem.

Here is my PC Specs:

With only 1 gig of ram you wont be able to get anything above 10-15 frames per second if it doesn't outright crash first. Why? That intel integrated video is very, very weak for 3d gaming and is a "shared system memory" GPU (uses system ram for video), which will probably take 32-128MB of that 1 gig of ram. Windows will use around 300MB for it's shell and the game itself (on my system) takes around 600-700MB of ram. Do the math. CPU looks solid though, but that's all that you have going. Sorry mate, not going to be able to run this game.

Oh and the game may fit on a 2GB usb drive, on a clean/fresh download, but once it's installed it can run a little over that with custom map downloads, etc, etc.

You never tried this , so don't post here your fantasies...

Latest Intel HD4500 can run even on medium-high , but still WITHOUT fb shader effects - screen shaking ,etc, one checkbox in settings does it all...

Yeah, but he only has 1 gigabyte of total system ram that needs to be shared with that intel GPU on top of the operating system, on top of the game. Now if he had at least 2-3 gigs of system ram, then i'd be a different story. At the end of the day, it's no HD4500 series GPU. Even if he had a HD4500 series GPU, he'd still need more than 1 gigabyte of total system ram to run the game well. It's like splitting hairs here :p

Listen, if I lived in a fantasy world like you said, then I would be saying "Yeah you can run Crysis on that!" but I'm not. Running a game as in booting up a game, and running as in playing the game where it doesn't struggle are two different things. Just trying to save the guy some grief.

Wow way too much info. Next time try this:
Pentium 4 2.8GHz
1GB RAM
96MB Intel Vid Card
Those are about the most important parts as far as gaming is concerned. Anyway yeah you might be able to pull it off on low, but I dunno about that USB idea. I do know the game won't look very good.

Side note - TripWire should raise the min requirements, they are innacurate.
They say:
1.2GHz processor
512MB RAM
64MB DX9 Graphics card.

My brother has:
1.32Ghz Athlon
768MB RAM
512MB nVidia 6 series (Not an impressive card but gets the job done for older games.)
And he can't run this game at all. I'm fairly certain it's his gimped *** processor holding him back though.

They were prolly really high when they posted this or something.
Should be more like this at least.
1.5Ghz processor
1GB RAM
128MB vid card

Though I didn't completely get rid of all my killing floor loading lag until I went from 1GB to 2GB RAM. Now even if 4 players connect at the same time it hardly bogs down at all.

Edit -> Should remove the DX9 compatible part too since this game can run on DX9, 8, OpenGL, and software.

Never post things like
64MB DX9 Graphics card.

WHAT card? It can be latest GF7300GT with dx9 and good speed or it can be S3 Savage/64m=totally zero at all games till 2000 year.

Or
1.2GHz processor

It can be Pentium 3 or it can be Centrino/Atom(even Dual Core).

So you said nothing with your post.

P.S. Intel integrated video never can be xxxMb, that method was used for earlier i810gv,etc chipsets that used constant amount of memory, today's intel GMA uses different method of using system memory , so mb means nothing , it's only limit for ALL TYPES of system memory usage : vram, textures and even agp/pci-ex texture memory limit, only speed of RAM matters.

You either lack some serious reading comprehension, or you want the last word Dr_Quake. He was directly quoting the steam store System Requirements(click and read, he wasn't making it up) for Killing Floor and suggested they make a change to it. Not only did he do that, he stated why with his opinion and real world experience. I think a mod needs to close this because you're just instigating and talking smack and maybe confusing some, while most remain pretty civil. The OPs question has been answered too.
