I don't exactly know why you guys chose to replace the AK 47 with the Sten gun and the L22A2 with the Thompson?
Would make more sense the other way around (Thompson fires a higher powered round [.45acp])
To make up for the 30 round capacity of the Sten (instead of 50 on the L22) just give the Thompson a 20 round mag.

And may I also suggest to use the Mosin Nagant M44 as the lever action and a Scoped Enfield / MN M91/30 as crossbow.
This would give the M44 a unique Bayonet feature and (due to it being a carbine) would also make at last some sense in terms of penetration (longer barrel = more velocity = better penetration).

Or make it better, give the M91/30 explosive tracer rounds (we call them Panzer-brand in german, Armour piercing HE rounds). Some naaaasty stuff, I had a few rounds of those, worked like a charm after nearly 60 years. :D)
This would get rid of the penetration feature but would give the M91/30 insane amounts of damage if hit in the torso/head.

Looking foward to this. :)

I got a whole week and a weekend to pick up on modelling. I'll get a start on the Bren Gun model around then (If the week goes to plan).

Will this be adding weapons to KF or replacing existing ones? Or will they act as "variety" in the lower tiers?

EDIT:

Yeah, I was thinking of something, while the Thompson magazine isn't done yet, and if the Tommy is to replace the bullpup which holds 40-50 shots while the army-issue tommy holds something like 20, shouldn't the Tommy be given a circular drum magazine? :::333

Great :)

Not sure yet, but i dont believe that they will replace KF weapons (except maybe the M14). Having that much weapons into KF would totally rock.

Well like Dex said, it really is ALOT simpler than the one you made, but I do appreciate your work and we can very much still use the model.

With regards to the sticky grenade inquiry, it's interesting. We'd obviously need it to be alongside the fragmentation device, so to implement this we'd need grenades to become a fully animated weapon with its own slot, might be a nightmare to code, I don't know.

PS-I've begun work on the M1897 Trench Gun model, I'm using 3ds max instead of blender this time. And before you say it's wrong when I post it, I deliberately chose the style of the picture below, so that this wasn't 'the one from CoD'.

Looking great so far! :D

I kinda like the idea of "adding" these weapons to KF. You know, I have another idea: the longer-barelled hunting shotty being the "tight-spread" version of the existing hunty and the trench-gun being the "wide-spread" of the regular shotty - See what I mean? Just my two cents :p

BTW.
I'm getting the hang of blender as it is, and all I gotta do is build around a sketch of the Brengun, should be easy. What's the option for drawing freehand? Like, instead of building blocks and morphing them (which sounds the hardest) I could just make an easy shape around the gun sketch, and turn it into a block? It's basically the same thing I did when I made a tank in 3ds Max trial version, but can I do this on blender? Or is there something else? (I really dunno how to explain this, I hope you understand what I'm getting at.)
