Yes the title is a bit ironic but it's true.
I found out about this problem as soon as i got into the whole workshop thing, sadly i haven't had any success
Things i've tried:
Verify game cache
Firstly, I can't access the workshop from in-game. Nothing happens when I click the button. Secondly, whenever i subscribe to an item in the workshop steam tells me that it has been ready to download, but when i launch KF and wait in the main menu, nothing happens. Thirdly, whenever i restart steam my subscriptions disappear, leaving me to subscribe once more.
I know this might be a steam issue, but i thought I'd try my luck here as well.

Note that the item in question does not appear in any directory, it is simply not downloaded, but i can manually download/install without any problems.
