I've been down this road before when I first started up my server last year, and I've gone through all my notes I made hoping I had learned from those issues but I'm stuck again. Unfortunately gameservers staff is not sure what the problem is either.

I started over - completely default server config and am trying to just get ONE map to load.

Here are the changes I made in my configs:
KFEngine.ini

[OnlineSubsystemSteamworks.KFWorkshopSteamworks]
ServerSubscribedWorkshopItems=1540163012 // workshop map ID for frightyard

[IpDrv.TcpNetDriver]
DownloadManagers=OnlineSubsystemSteamworks.SteamWorkshopDownload // allows other players to download map when connecting to server

[KF-KF1-FrightYard KFMapSummary]
MapName=KF-KF1-FrightYard // makes map selectable in map cycle via web admin
ScreenshotPathName=UI_MapPreview_TEX.UI_MapPreview_Placeholder

When I log into web admin the map is there as an option but the server will load biotics lab. I have followed every guide I can find step by step and cannot figure out what I have overlooked.

The map name matches the file completely.

Any help is appreciated.
