I guess they wont whitelist custom perks, but if you just extend the Commando Perks and just add the MP5s it should not be a problem. I think the Icon could get one, but I am not shure about this one.

If you wait a little longer I might be able to give you a single MP7 but in real SMG form depending when Braindead is able to do the texture properly for us (no hints at all mate honestly! Am only just saying before you think im hurrying you up or anything). I have a decent version made but I think I might alter it a little more depending how it goes with the newer style it may be getting. Duals are already around for what I know:Winningnow please please do the same for the mp7s!! I <3 that little gun, but its so weak in KF (don't give me any of that "no, its great if you know how to use it stuff", i want to use it as an smg not only as a large magazine 9mm

Yeah - but those are bad. The models worked, but the bullet counter is fried, bullets only come out of the right gun, ect. needs serious balancing and recoding to be a viable option...
I might look into it at a later stage. Would they need animating? I can probably have a look into the code to get the duals working and maybe other bits and pieces from the P90 experience I had.
