OH MY! Can they be both single/dual wielded?

Heheh to be honest, I am just going to do them dualies, as I remember the issues that IJC team had with the pickup/trader with the pistols in their pack.

Plus we have plenty of single held SMG's, so I thought these would make a nice change.

Only thing I have to think about now, is the firing mechanism, left button/right button or left button only?

I will speak to IJC and if they managed to get around the single/dual issue, then I will do that otherwise it will just be dual

Oh man, left/right firing buttons would be super handy. But will there be an alternate firing function for these? If not, you could use middle mouse for something, be it firing or aiming.

If i remember, most HK weapons have ambidextrous controls. DON'T QUOTE ME ON IT!

Ok, all of the MP5's are going to have full/burst mode so here is my choices

Left/Right

In burst, left fires left and right fires right, same as full auto...middle button is select

cons:

No aim
If someone just uses right, it will look as though 1 gun has 60 rounds

Left only (option 1)

Like the dual pistols, burst alternates between left and right,
When full auto, fires both together
Right button aims

or, make another button? can u say, use F? override flashlight? or h or something that i don't think is used? So players can set it when they buy them and not worry afterwords?

Ok, I have done this for the MP5A3 (soon to be MP5A4)

H is now toggle fire mode between Burst/Full auto (hope this doesn't bugger up anyones keybindings as it does it every time you select this weapon
Middle button and F is for the flashlight

Man, that was a right royal pain the *** to code

Also - could you do this for the MP7 as well? Or at least take the Dual MP7's yoyo did way back and fix them up? A selection of dual MPs would be amazing. Maybe get used in Rune Harle's dualie perk

.A little better They're kinda awkwardly bulky guns anyways, but that definately helps! The butt end is very blocky without the stock, it doesn't help lol.

This was the idea I had for an alternative version of his with the dual MP7. I haven't spoken to him about it and I will tomorrow hopefully when testing his perk. We'll see how things go

On topic:
I agree with halb about the guns looking too big. I think lowering the weapon against the hands would look slightly better as they look like plastic toys held like that

P.S. please add the the animation of pulling them out like Resident evil lol. That'll look sweeet!
