Level Design [WIP] TE-Sternommac

*added a bit more cover for the attacking side.
*all destructible objects (fences, houses etc) should now update properly
when damaged.

One of the things really holding me up on this project is trying to decide how to flesh out the area around
the church (and other areas) to give more usefulness and purpose to the players.
