Winter War

Someone should do a mod about winter war between Finland and Russia.
It's a mod that this game needs too. Of course I'm finnish and a fan of this game so I want it even more to be created like those for example Darkest Hour mod..
Hopely someone does it

Someone should do a mod about winter war between Finland and Russia.

Oh yeah. I just love these posts where poster seems to think that making a mod is an easy and swift job.

These mods we are enjoying now and are soon to be enjoying (DH) took somewhat two years to get to the beta1 phase. So making a mod is a very long project.

So much that I would like to see a Winter War + Continuation War mod to be made, I also understand that probably no-one will start a two year long project for this game anymore.

There was a mod team known as 'Iceflake Studios' (previously known as 'Snowflake Studios') that did a really good Winter War mod for BF1942 called 'FinnWars' (maybe tempt some of the devs to do a RO: O one) but they are now a company, make their own game engines and are working on 'FinnWars 2'.
