Hahah somehow only he died from a shot that penetrated through, made him look pretty ugly though.

I've seen this happen with other crew as well. The "issue" is that a penetrating shot dosen't leave a big (or even small) gaping hole in the actual tank model so when you see stuff like this you sort of just have to figure out where the shell entered based on the path of carnage it left. I'm not aware of any tank game thus far which has managed to accurately visually show deformation of the tank model. (except for things like losing a track or the entire turret popping off) Would be awesome though.
