Story behind this pretty much it goes like this

Back in the old days of Killingfloor the Clots had genitals and they were circumsized now the fleshpound is a large fellow and they would of needed skin grafts for all the growth enhancing experiments they did on him. Now where would they of found lots of left over skin for the skin grafts. Think about it!
