Why nobody plays Evil Santa's Lair?

Well I few people play but, How a new map with achievements, a character unlock hasnt a lot of servers? Its hard to find servers with the map.

Yeah Ive noticed the same, tried finding a HoE server with the map, the only one I found was a 300-400 pinger. Tried suicidal, same thing. Tried Hard, no servers running this map. Tried normal, found a couple, but was unable to connect.

Maybe its like in case of Bedlam, people find it too hard and dark :S?? Personally I thought it was rather easy map. Or maybe people are just too lazy to update their servers or are unaware of this update?

Really? I can always find the map on servers with a decent ping, sometimes empty and others with a few players in it. Even more if I am looking for full servers too.

Its easy to find servers in Normal but in Hard+, only four and two with a High Ping and one with only 7 waves.

I've played it quite a bit, it's a fun map but I can see why people wouldn't want to play it due to how difficult it is.

Maybe because the 1017 update is bugged. I can't update no matter what I do.

I had a server on hard... but i don't like the map so i removed it. Most ppl like normal so thats what i put it on.

I got into a game and io and behold, exploiters found a new spot.
Maybe that's related to this.

It's not hard to join an empty server with map voting enabled and simply die right away, then change the server to evil santas lair by map vote. I've done this several times.

Or just go to the esc menu and start map voting from there.

That's hilarious. Players coming back to Santa's Lair again because the exploits were fixed are now getting disappointed because the other kind of ppl (the exploiters) found a new exploit.

TWI.... it's so sad they dont playtest their maps well.

I might be wrong, but I believe some servers don't let you call a pre-death map vote.

It's probably not so popular because it's hard, and if you look around you'll see that maps like defence are the most popular because they are easy.

The map is not too hard, it's the glitchers that hide in the wall. That's the reason no one plays it.

1. People use glitches on that map (or did.. But there's still a glitch left)
2. It's a rather hard map. No 'good' camping spots. It's more likely a "let's-run-the-entire-game"-map.

The reason why I rarely play it is simply because I already got this map's achievement !
Maps I can earn an achievement on come first.
