does that include shooting your team mates in the back of the head because you think they aren't doing what you want them to as commander?
Honestly? I see only two problems: (By the way, you confuse grenade team kills with shooting people down for not following orders. My forgiveness for grenade kills is related to grenade kills only. I thought it is obvious.)

1. People will try to team kill you back, so it is better to avoid team killing on purpose in the game. You can't force people to do their job that way without risking civil war in your own ranks.
2. Somebody would abuse this to kill random people or specific users without any reason, just for fun.

That's why I try to convince people that following my orders is the best option for them and for the team as a whole instead shooting them in the head when they are turned with their back. Speaking personally to the people or very decisively can help. We need better VOIP, chatbox and icons telling us who is what class to improve teamwork.

sounds like you better go back and read the guy i was quoting. right now, it sounds like you are defending the guy who deliberatly assasinates his team mates because he thinks he's better than them.
I speak in general. I also have no problem with him killing his teammates if by doing so said teammates follow orders and he knows how to command. It has been done and I heard from my family relatives - who served during the World War II on the Eastern Front during the Great Patriotic War - that this decision (I mean Order No. 270) was understandable by people living in the USRR, who weren't cowards. Since I know little about that period and wasn't fighting in said war I will give their words benefit of the doubt.

Assasinating is diferent from Killing dude.
I ONLY do it when I feel that is necessary. Some people are so stuborn and so obsessed to level up their gear that they simply don't play as a team.
I rarely play as a Komandir (only when nobody decides to choose that role because its the MOST essential role to have in any team ever), sticking with my Squad Leader role.
Red Orchestra is about TEAM play and if you ignore me, the other Squad Leaders and our Commander when it is necessary for you to do a certain thing I will have to use any measures I can to get you to do what is ordered.

The chain of command exists for a reason ya know? It is necessary for a team to work efficiently and even dream about having a hope of winning.
It may not sound preety and it truly ain't, but if you are not a teamplayer when it is necessary I will shove a 7.62x54mmR round into your chest and make you snap out of your obsession and help your team.
It's all for the greater good actually, I hate having to do a TK on porpouse.

i'm sure it must be hard for you to sleep at night. but it's all for the good of the motherland. you should think of getting the scum to get in a line though. that way you can just use one 7.62x54 round. take them all out at once and save bullets for germans!
