Whitelisted Mission Maps should be in by default

I just tried a mission map for the first time (Damnation), and HOLY COW.

KF is a totally new game like this. Can we please get some of these added by default?

But seriously. Some of those mission maps are excellent. Seems like they were professionally made.

They aren't perfectly supported, as in, there isn't a game mode dedicated to Mission / Single Player type maps. These maps still have traders, and a zed counter, meaning quite a lot triggers are needed to manage the spawns.
