just to point it out for you on the M99, separate the firing and reloading like the other guns and recode it a bit and that will do the trick for the firing and reloading bonus ..
Actually this will never happen as the M99 is not intended to have a reload bonus. We did that to balance the weapon.

Well, if the Xbow doesn't get a reload speed bonus (even though the perk description says so), why would the M99 get it? If TWI fixes the Xbow (i mean, make it slower to reload offperked, but make it benefit from the Sharpie reload bonus to make it as fast as it is now (equal to the bugged speed*)), then yes, the M99 can get it too. But right now, the base of the game is so inconsistant with its descriptions anyway so the M99 honestly doesn't need much tampering. Only thing it needs done is the damage numbers i proposed to Ivan or Jack Carver and that's it.

* By bugged speed, i mean the actual fastest time you can shoot currently, which is really ugly animation-wise, because you can shoot a new bolt before the reload animation is done. The animation is perhaps 1.9 sec long, but the actual reload speed is only about 1.6 sec long. And yes, this is both perked and unperked.

Here is more in detail to explain what i mean:

if you put it that way then it is ok, i put it here since i see that the hud shows the loaded bullet so that's why i wonder ... anyway thanks

the perk description is out-dated since versions ago, so no reason to bring the issue of not followed the description :( and by the way, you seems to stick on the picture of balancing, but that no i am asking about  i also see xbow and m99 as seperate weapon so, i just want to know if it is intended or not since i love to tinker with the code and realize this. Jack already make it clear so :)

I was just trying to clarify ;)

And yeah, im always thinking about balance, cuz i really want their awesome weapons to be added to the real game ^^

And hey, just like you like to tinker with the code, i love to tinker with numbers :D So i understand you

Just because I don't know if its been answered in this thread (it's been a while since anyone has asked that) I'll answer this one:

Each weapon has a.... Trader ID number, you could call it. The problem is that if the M7A3 has an ID of 25 and Braindead's hunting rifle ALSO has the ID of 25 they both take up the same spot which cancels them out. Unfortunately. The problem is that most modders seem to take up the first open spot in the list, so all the weapons take the same ID....

The custom Trader reorders the ID's and Reasigns weapons an ID based on whats listed in the setup .ini and solves the problem

This has already been fixed and you will be able to use the hunting rifle and the Weaponpack (bot whitelisted) sooner then expected. I'm sorry for responding very very rare but studiing medicine takes most of my time. In the vacations tings will look different however ;)

Hehe I really love that study and I'm going to finish it for 100%, as it's just alot of fun and extremely interesting imo. It just takes 1 year longer then any other study here and it's just what i want to do :)
Concerning the update:
Yep it will be released as soon as the Halloween update is over ;)

Spoiler!

Quoting this little thing i said before (just for you guys and for TWI if they even read this :p):

I can now confirm that the Xbow does NOT actually reload: Not only is it evidenced by the Commando not reloading the Xbow faster, nor the Sharpshooter with his bonus, but also now with the Halloween update there is an achievement where you should kill 5 enemies in a row without reloading your weapon. I used the Xbow, killed 5 enemies one after another and got the achievement! So, the Xbow (and i guess the M99 too?) does NOT reload, it just has one big magazine (programmingwise).

That's why it has a static reload speed. Just a little fyi for you programmers ^^

(Sorry for this offtopic thing )

This, this and this. I can vouch for this.
